Spend your Wednesday evening with great drinks, great company, and even better dogs!
Join The Rescue Haven at Pins Mechanical Co. on Wednesday, August 26, from 6:00–8:00 PM for Paws on the Patio—a fun-filled night featuring adoptable dogs, exciting raffle baskets, and one of Dayton's favorite places to hang out.
Challenge your friends to duckpin bowling, play a few rounds of pinball, relax on the patio with a drink, and stop by to meet some of our incredible rescue pups looking for forever homes. Whether you're hoping to adopt, win a raffle basket, or simply enjoy a night out while supporting a great cause, there's something for everyone.
Every raffle ticket purchased helps provide food, medical care, and second chances for the dogs at The Rescue Haven.
National Night Out
Come see The Rescue Haven at Huber Heights National Night Out on Wednesday, August 5, from 6:00–8:00 PM at Wayne High School!
We'll be joining local first responders and community organizations for an evening of family-friendly fun—and, of course, we'll be bringing a few of our adorable adoptable pups along to meet everyone. Stop by to say hello, learn more about our rescue, and maybe even meet your new best friend!

Dine to Donate
🐾 Dine to Donate at Rum Runners Cafe 🍔
Ready for a meal that's the bee's knees? Join us at Rum Runners Cafe, Kettering's Prohibition-era inspired restaurant, for a Dine to Donate benefiting The Rescue Haven! Their menu is packed with handcrafted burgers, chicken sandwiches, loaded "Mobspuds," wings, and more—all served with a fun 1920s twist.
Every meal helps make a difference. A portion of event sales will support The Rescue Haven and help provide medical care, food, supplies, and second chances for dogs waiting for their forever families.
Grab your family, round up your friends, and come enjoy a great meal for an even greater cause. We can't wait to see you there!
Adoption Event
It's the perfect Saturday outing! Stop by Hollywood Feed to meet some adorable adoptable dogs, stock up on goodies for your own pets, and learn more about fostering, volunteering, or adopting through The Rescue Haven. You never know who might steal your heart.

Employee of the Month Adoption Event
Our adoptable dogs have exactly four hours to convince you they’re the best coworker you’ll ever have.
Their resumes include:
Excellent morale booster
Will accompany you on every bathroom break
Strong teamwork skills (especially if snacks are involved)
Occasionally clocks out by taking a nap upside down
Think you’ve found your newest employee? Come interview the candidates this Saturday!
Sunday Sniff and Shop
We’ll have a crew of adoptable dogs ready to charm, wiggle, zoomie, and completely ignore all the expensive toys in favor of the receipt paper.
Even if you’re not ready to adopt, come say hi, snag some supplies, meet our volunteers, and help our pups get a little extra love (and maybe a few future Facebook shares).
Warning: Side effects may include saying, “We’re just looking,” and leaving with an adoption application.

The Rescue Haven Inc. is a local rescue organization helping vulnerable pups through foster care, adoption, and community support. We’re proud to partner with them and help support the work they do for animals in need.
Come enjoy dinner with us and help make a difference — a portion of qualifying sales will be donated to The Rescue Haven Inc.
